Why do I have an infant constipation remedy?
Because infant constipation was something BOTH my kids had AND I know many other parents who dealt with the very same ailment.
If you are looking for a natural baby constipation remedy, you have come to the right place.
When our daughter got really fussy, we knew exactly what to do. Mainly, because we noticed she hadn’t went in her diaper all day. We remembered exactly what we did when our son showed the same symptoms 5 years ago.
When our son Rowan was a baby and had infant constipation, we were told to use suppositories and give him mineral oil. That did work, but we were much happier with a home herbal baby constipation remedy that was told to us by a friend.
Herbal baby constipation remedy
Used equal parts of fennel seed (Foeniculum officinale) and licorice root (Glycyrrhiza spp. Use cut and sifted, or c/s). Both available here.

Simmer for 20 minutes, cool, and give 1 teaspoon every 30 minutes, as needed.
I will usually boil up a pint of water and use a couple tablespoons of each herb.
I will then keep the strained herbal decoction in the fridge for a couple days if I still need it. I keep a little dropper bottle of the remedy to carry around the house with me. I will just squirt a dropper full in the mouth in place of the teaspoon measurement. I use dropper bottles I clean out from purchased or home made herbal tinctures.
Also, make sure your baby is getting enough fluids. Review the diet as well. Gentle abdominal massage is helpful too.
